Greetings Highlands neighbors, tomorrow is our regular Pompano Beach Highlands Civic Improvement Assn. meeting. We will have our BSO representatives on hand, as well as code compliance. We will have our annual election of officers for 2018, and plan for our January 2 New Years neighborhood reception.
